Who is responsible

BedRevive is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@bedrevive.com.

What we collect

Account details: your first name, email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password itself.

Your assessment and progress: the answers you give during onboarding, the activities you complete, your reflections, notes, weekly check-ins and notification preferences.

Coach conversations: if your plan includes the AI coach, the messages you send and the replies you receive.

Billing: your plan, billing interval and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our servers.

Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and error reports (the page, the error message and your account id) that help us fix problems.

Sensitive information

Your answers and reflections can reveal information about your sex life, which data protection law treats as a special category. We only process it because you explicitly consent when you create your account, and only to personalize and run your program. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your data from your profile; this ends the program, because we cannot personalize it without your answers.

How we use your data

To create and personalize your plan, remember your progress, and show you relevant activities and lessons.

To answer you in the AI coach, using your earlier conversations and reflections as context.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To send account emails: confirming your address and resetting your password. We do not send marketing emails without asking first.

To keep the service secure and working, for example by investigating errors and preventing abuse.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct: our hosting provider (servers in the EU), Stripe (payments), an email delivery provider (account emails), OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to (coach replies; only for plans with the coach), and Fish Audio (turning lesson text into speech; no personal data is sent).

Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your partner is never contacted, and we never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your data from your profile, your account, answers, progress and coach conversations are erased straight away. Billing records required by tax law are kept by Stripe and by us for the legally required period. Error reports are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this you can do yourself in your profile; for anything else, email us and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for the service to work: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and your browser’s local storage to keep onboarding answers until you create an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Age

BedRevive is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
